AC Hotel Times Square OTO Development New York, NY

The AC Hotel Times Square project is a new 148,000gsf ground-up, 20-story plus cellar, four-star+ hotel.  It’s located in Times Square for a new Marriott flag based on a European model.  The project consists of 290 hotel rooms plus lobby, lounge, library, fitness, meeting rooms and rooftop bar and lounge with furnished terraces and support spaces.  The hotel shares its ground floor with a third-party restaurant. The project included full building and interior design services including art selections for 30 locations throughout the hotel.  Fourteen consultants formed the project team.  The project was produced in Revit and is LEED Certified.
