Knapp Hall Rehabilitation SUNY Farmingdale Farmingdale, NY

Built in 1936, Knapp Hall is a colonial style building which originally housed the kitchen, dining hall, and lounge on the first floor, and a dormitory on the upper floors.

This project includes the renovation of 20,000sf of academic and shared program spaces including a lounge, meeting room, computer lab, tutoring rooms, and administrative offices, as well as new pantries, restrooms, and mechanical rooms.

In addition, new HVAC and sprinkler systems will be installed throughout the renovated spaces.
