Riverside Buildings Renovation Private Client Brooklyn, NY

This project includes the restoration of the exterior of the landmarked 100,000sf apartment building. Exterior elements were restored or replaced to match the original, including the 600 windows, the cast iron columns, roof and decorative brickwork. The mechanical systems were replaced. A master plan for the phased renovation of the entire complex was developed. Tax credits were obtained for the work performed.
