Toledo Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse General Services Administration San Juan, PR

This project includes the creation of a new District Courtroom, jury facilities, and robing room as well as meeting rooms, an IT training room and other support facilities. The work includes custom millwork, tile work and light fixtures, as well as new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems. The work will conform with the United States Courts Design Guide, and Federal Accessibility Standards, as well as other Federal Standards. In addition, all the work will follow the guidelines appropriate to the building’s listing on the National Register of Historic Places.
