Townhouse on West End Ave Private Client New York, NY
This 5,000 sf limestone townhouse was constructed in 1892 and is located in a New York City Historic District. The project entailed complete renovation of the kitchen, all bathrooms, and the roof terrace. It included cleaning, pointing, and repair of the façade. It also included a new mechanical system, new light fixtures, new millwork, and new finishes throughout.
