Architect

Bin has over 9 years of professional experience.  He received his Master of Architecture degree from Washington University in St. Louis, MO, and is a registered architect in New York.

Prior to joining RMA, Bin worked for Handel Architects in New York and the NBBJ New York Office, focusing primarily on base building core + shell, office, mixed-use, healthcare, high-end residential, and affordable housing sectors. Select projects include 595 & 615 Dean Street in Brooklyn, Coney Island 7060, and Sendero Verde as well as NYC H+H Coney Island Hospital, Empire City Residential Tower, and Forte Center with NBBJ.

Bin is currently working on the envelope replace for a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Lab in Montgomery, AL as well as the Welcome Center at Laffin Hall for Farmingdale State University.
