Fackenthal Lab Feasibility Study Franklin & Marshall College Lancaster, PA
This Feasibility Study investigated new uses for the 40,000sf historic building of 1928. Eight departmental groups were interviewed and their programs defined. Alternative layouts were studied and one was selected which accommodates five of the groups. Based on that scheme, plans, renderings and scope of work were developed. From this design, a preliminary
schedule and budget were derived.
