Roschel Performing Arts Center Franklin & Marshall College Lancaster, PA

This project is comprised of 29,200sf of new construction and 13,300sf of renovation in an historic building. The building houses the Department of Theater, Dance and Film. The new construction accommodates a 300-seat theater with scene shop, scene storage, green room, lighting and sound facilities, as well as offices for ticket sales, stage manager and house manager. The renovated space includes dance studios, drama rehearsal space, dressing rooms, costume shop & storage and other support spaces.
