Litigation Support Facility McCarter & English, LLP Newark, NJ

This 34,000sf facility supports the law firm’s 132,000sf main office across the street. It houses document production facilities, meeting rooms, visiting attorney offices, supervisor offices, paralegal workstations and big case work rooms. It also accommodates the large filing rooms and shipping & handling areas necessary for significant cases. The project was fast-tracked; the construction was completed twelve weeks from the initiation of design.
