Mercantile Exchange Building Conversion Private Client New York, NY
This project is comprised of a 44,250sf renovation and a 2,750sf addition. The renovation included restoration of original interior and exterior elements, and the replacement of missing elements, such as storefronts and trading floor windows. It also included the replacement of the elevators and all base building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The addition included a stack of new bathrooms, utility chases and a new fire stair in the rear. The building is used for commercial condominiums.
